Cascara Tea

Category: บทความ

Coffee comes from a fruit that produces berries, called coffee cherries. Coffee cherries are very versatile. The pulp can be eaten as is, or dried and used as a tea, known as cascara.

Cascara tastes like a mix of plum, tamarind, and cherry tea. It pairs very well with ginger and contains little caffeine.

To make, simply steep 10 grams in 500 grams of boiling water for 4 minutes. If you can't get your hands on cascara, come try it here at our cafe. Khun Aw makes it the best!
